Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentWaale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted Use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into RentWaale.

You grant us permission to process that data to deliver the service.

Service Changes

RentWaale may change, be updated, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

We may add or remove features and adjust availability with reasonable notice where practical.

Payments and Billing

Launch-period web access is free through 31 October 2026. No payment details are required for this promotional access.

Accounts created from 1 November 2026 receive a 14-day trial unless a different offer is clearly stated at signup. Payment is required to continue after the applicable free-access or trial period.

The billing options available from 1 November 2026 are ₹299 per month or ₹2,999 per year. Final taxes and billing terms, if applicable, will be shown before a payment is accepted.

Paid activation is support-assisted. Customers choose Monthly or Yearly billing and contact RentWaale for payment and activation details.

RentWaale does not automatically charge an account unless the customer has explicitly approved a payment arrangement.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India.
